Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
I'm based in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL, where I see clients in person. I also work with clients anywhere through 100% online coaching. It's the same program either way — you just choose the format that fits your life.
Is this pelvic floor physical therapy or fitness coaching?
It's both! I'm a licensed pelvic floor physical therapist, but this isn't the traditional "3 exercises and see you in two weeks" kind of care. I combine rehab with strength training, movement, and lifestyle strategies to treat your whole body.
Can I really get results with online coaching?
Yes, 100%. Whether your schedule is too busy for in-person appointments or your goal is to stay proactive, my online clients get the exact same program and see incredible results — because they're not just handed exercises and left to figure it out. You'll get a plan designed for you, expert coaching, weekly check-ins, and adjustments that keep you progressing even when life is busy.
I'm short on time — what if I can't commit to a full schedule?
This program is made for real life. Whether you're juggling work, kids, pregnancy, or all of the above, I build your plan around your lifestyle. You don't need hours in the gym — just consistent, intentional movement that fits into your day.
It feels like a big financial investment — what makes this worth it?
I get it — investing in yourself isn't always easy. But here's the truth: untreated symptoms often get worse, not better. You can keep guessing and piecing things together, or you can work with someone who gives you a real plan, real support, and real results. Most clients actually save money by avoiding repeated, ineffective treatments elsewhere.
Are you licensed and trained in pelvic floor therapy?
Yes! I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in pelvic health. I've worked with hundreds of women in all stages — before pregnancy, during, and postpartum — and combine science-backed strategies with real-life experience.
Can I do this while pregnant?
Definitely. I work with women throughout all trimesters to manage symptoms, stay active safely, and prepare your body for labor and delivery. You'll get movement, strength, and breathwork strategies tailored to exactly where you are.
How soon can I start postpartum?
You can start as soon as you're ready — even before the 6-week clearance, because let's be honest, a physical therapist is better equipped to determine your return to activity. Whether you're newly postpartum or years out and still not feeling like yourself, this work will meet you where you are and help you move forward.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
Nope! A lot of women are told "everything looks normal" while still dealing with pain, pressure, or leaking. You don't need a diagnosis to start — you just need a desire to feel better.
What if I don't have any equipment?
That's totally fine! We can start with bodyweight and add simple tools like a yoga mat, resistance bands, or light weights as you go. You don't need a full gym to get strong and symptom-free.
Do you take insurance?
This is a private-pay program, which allows me to give you far more personalized and ongoing care than traditional insurance-based PT. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds.
